I studied this product through Consumer Reports before buying. The monitor is very good, especially in this price range.

Over the years, the monitors have gone from the old 4:3 aspect ratio, the more moved by a letterbox format. The ViewSonic VA2223wm 16:9, which means that there is something more than any other box, flat panel displays from Acer and LG, is what we have in our budget. Unlike the Acer 22 "to 22" is really just the Viewsonic 21-5/8. "You may think, this is not a big problem, but if this monitor as a second next to an LG or Acer will be smaller .
The controls are buttonin the middle. It would be good, but the switch is hidden in the middle between the other keys equal. Most other monitors have the switch in a clearer position.
The display quality is very good and much better than our Acer, about on par with my LG, if not a 1080p screen.
Finally, the results very well the size mismatch is a bit 'disappointing. Given the price, this is still an excellent valueand I would seriously consider purchasing an additional
